Frequently Asked Qs
Us too! We're honored to continue on the legacy that Jack has built and excited to see her creativity grow in her new endeavors. You can find her passionately baking the most delicious food with her new business, When In Doubt, Break Bread.
We're Shaun and Annie. You may have seen us around the studio, working on our own projects! We're both small business owners and life-long creatives. While throwing at Jack-Pot Pottery, we fell in love with the art of clay. We are so thrilled and honored to bring on a new iteration of this studio for you all. Stay tuned!
Yes, we do. While we're working on making a great online experience for all of our Makers, we still have plenty in stock and available for purchase today. Shaun will be taking the lead on all things ceramic supply as our Supply Manager. He is standing by and ready to help, so give him a call at (440) 333-2686 or email at supply@wheelhousecle.com.
Don't worry, your membership is still active! We're planning a ton of upgrades and enhancements to give our Makers an inspiring place to create. We'll be reaching out to those with active memberships individually to introduce ourselves and to talk about the next steps of the transition.
Makers with current memberships will continue to have the same access they have now. We're introducing a keyfob entry system to enhance safety and keep Makers' pottery and tools secure outside of normal business hours.
Speaking of business hours, while we're working on improving our studio experience, our hours will fluctuate to meet the needs of current upgrades and our customers' schedules. You can stay up to date with our current business hours on our Facebook and Instagram accounts. If you're looking to shop ceramic supplies while the studio is closed, send us an email at studio@wheelhousecle.com.
