Returns + Refund Policy

Final Sale on Consumable Products

Most of our products are considered consumable items, including clay, glazes, slips, stains, and other materials. These items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. This policy helps us maintain product quality, safety, and consistency for all customers.

 

If you experience an issue with a consumable product—such as damage during shipping or a manufacturing defect—please contact us at supply@wheelhousecle.com as soon as possible. While consumable items cannot be returned, we’re always happy to review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution when applicable.

Returns on Non-Consumable Items

Non-consumable products such as bats, brushes, throwing tools, and similar equipment may be returned within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items showing signs of use, wear, or altered packaging may not be accepted.

 

All approved returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs. In-store returns are available for eligible items and may help avoid shipping fees.

 

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after returned items are received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

To initiate a return or ask questions about eligibility, please email supply@wheelhousecle.com before sending items back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
