We offer several fulfillment options to help you choose what works best for your schedule and location. Please review the details below to ensure a smooth pickup or delivery experience.

Shipping
Orders selected for shipping will be sent using a carrier and service level chosen to deliver your items as efficiently and reliably as possible. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Once your order leaves our studio, you’ll receive a shipping notification email (separate from your order confirmation) that includes tracking information so you can follow your package’s progress.

Store Pickup
Store Pickup allows you to collect your order in person at the studio. Please wait to receive a pickup notification email before coming in—this email is separate from your order confirmation and lets you know your items are fully processed and ready for pickup.

Orders may be picked up during any open retail hours, which can be found here. Items will be held for pickup for up to 30 days from the date of your pickup notification. After this holding period, unclaimed orders may no longer be eligible for refund or replacement, so we encourage timely pickup.

Locker Pickup
Locker Pickup offers the same convenience as Store Pickup with the added flexibility of 24/7 access. When your order is ready, you’ll receive a locker pickup email (separate from your order confirmation) that includes detailed instructions, directions, and your unique locker access code.

Please read your pickup email carefully before arriving. By choosing Locker Pickup, you understand that you may be accessing your order at a time when studio staff are not on-site and assistance may not be available. Following the provided instructions will help ensure a smooth pickup experience.

Pickup lockers are located outside the back entrance of the studio. Please refer to your pickup email for directions and locker access details.

Locker Pickup orders are held for 30 days from the pickup notification date. After that time, availability and refund eligibility cannot be guaranteed.

Final Sale on Consumable Products
Most of our products are considered consumable items, including clay, glazes, slips, stains, and other materials. These items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. This policy helps us maintain product quality, safety, and consistency for all customers.

If you experience an issue with a consumable product—such as damage during shipping or a manufacturing defect—please contact us at supply@wheelhousecle.com as soon as possible. While consumable items cannot be returned, we’re always happy to review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution when applicable.

Returns on Non-Consumable Items
Non-consumable products such as bats, brushes, throwing tools, and similar equipment may be returned within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items showing signs of use, wear, or altered packaging may not be accepted.

All approved returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs. In-store returns are available for eligible items and may help avoid shipping fees.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after returned items are received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
